With its dense forests, rolling vineyards, and picturesque villages, autumn in Switzerland is a season of enchantment. For generations, "La Torrée" has been a ritual in the Neuchatel region, home to La Soleille Family Office, involving making a big fire in a pasture and cooking special sausages and potatoes in the embers. In October 2021, La Soleille Family Office invited a number of families in Switzerland to a Torrée event near Neuchatel.
